If you feel that a piece isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to contact me within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
The original shipping cost isn’t refundable.

If a return is needed, the item can be sent back by the customer.
If I arrange a return pickup, the return shipping cost will be reflected in the refund.

Once the piece is received back at the studio, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out with a photo of the damage.
In this case, I will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
